1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

• Authentication Data: Email address, name, and profile information when you sign in with Apple or Google
• Identity Verification: Photos of your driver's license (front and back) for driver verification purposes

1.2 Location Data

• Current Location: GPS coordinates used to show nearby locations and gate codes on the map, and to verify proximity to access points
• Location is only accessed while the app is in use and is not stored on our servers

1.3 Usage Data

• Map Interactions: Locations viewed, searches performed
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version
• Subscription Status: Active subscription information managed through Apple App Store

2. How We Use Your Information

• Core Functionality: Display gate codes and access passwords for nearby delivery locations on the map
• Driver Verification: Verify your identity as a licensed driver before granting access to sensitive access codes
• Proximity Enforcement: Use your location to confirm you are within range before displaying access codes
• Account Management: Maintain your account, subscription status, and verification state
• App Improvement: Understand usage patterns to improve the app experience

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 We May Share Information With:

• Supabase: Our backend database provider for secure storage of location data and user accounts
• Apple: For Sign in with Apple authentication and subscription management
• Google: For Sign in with Google authentication
• Legal Authorities: When required by law or valid legal process

3.2 We Do NOT:

• Sell your personal information to third parties
• Share your driver's license photos with any third party
• Store your precise location history on our servers
• Use your data for advertising purposes

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
• Access Controls: Gate codes and access passwords are only accessible to verified, subscribed users within the required proximity
• Authentication: Secure sign-in via Apple and Google OAuth

6. Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active
• Verification Images: Retained until you delete your account or remove them through the app
• Location Data: Not persistently stored; only used in real time
• Deleted Accounts: Personal data removed within 30 days of account deletion request

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update your account information through the app
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Location: Control location access through your device settings (disabling location limits proximity features)
• Subscription: Manage or cancel your subscription through Apple App Store Settings

8. Location Services

Codexmap uses location services to:

• Show nearby delivery locations and gate codes on the map
• Verify that you are within the required distance (3 km) to view access codes
• Sort search results by proximity

You can disable location access in your device settings. Some features, including access code viewing, require location permission to function.

9. Subscription and Payments

Codexmap Pro is an auto-renewable monthly subscription managed entirely through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. All billing, subscription management, and cancellation is handled by Apple.

10. Children's Privacy

Codexmap is intended for users 18 years and older (licensed drivers). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes through app notifications or by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
